APPEARANCE & THE ILKCourtnître is a lithe being with an elegant angular jaw and sloped nose. His features are painted with fine lines and other details that would suggest he is otherworldly and almost doll-like, though not to be played with. Due to his..."unconventional" diet he hasn't an inch of fat. And though his framework is more slender than perhaps other races, most every muscle is clearly defined.
✞✞His voice is an operatic melody dripping with composed symphony. Yet there is an eerie howl to it; unnatural or abnormal. He often has the cadence of a being who sounds slightly humoured and sarcastic; however he may be more invested in whatever or whomever it is than he lets on. If one ever catches him laughing, smiling, or simply making a pleasured face, they'll notice he also has indented dimples.
✞✞Courtnître's aroma is that of Ambroxan & winter mountains. It is a refreshing musk not easily ignored, yet not overpowering. Distinctive in it's stony affair, he's lathered with a bouquet of masculine husk, yet a keen nose would also notice the feathery underline of copper. The count has never been witnessed without some semblance of jewelry, even in battle. He is always seen with the family ruby rose crests on his fingers, neck, or broach especially.
✞✞His eyes are a deep and calculated, that Stygian hair as previously mentioned is so dark it looks crepuscular. Such beautiful contrast to his unorthodox tone of flesh. He is branded proudly with the sigil of Montmioux, Knightkin, & his Mother Lilith's Love upon him. {Courtnître is a born blood Nightkin, rather than a ritual bred Nightkin like his half brothers and sisters.} It is a scripted exhibition, a devious, beautiful blend of ink and burn, that would butterfly about the expanse of his back up to his nape, tapering off at the sacrum. Other brands including his back are well-hidden in a flurry of family inked roses, for business and esoteric purposes. As for his transformation, it has never been seen by living eyes, or recorded...✞✞ Rumour has it that the Grand Duc is a summoner of ghouls, gargoyles and Marliliths; voidsent beings from the seven hells, as is a god King's right. The thirteenth a shroud of mystery, of course none have ever lived to confirm the gossip to be true.✞✞

Courtnître Montmioux {Most easily pronounced as Courtney in English, Court-neat~, or Court-nighter by the philistine.}is shrewd, cocky, sophisticatedly obnoxious, & perhaps sociopathic in so many ways. He knows how to behave in his station, but he is not afraid to toil in the mud if it's a means to an end. He rarely plays guessing games, getting straight to the thick of things. He has an unhealthy fearlessness most confuse with honourable courage. Courtnître romanticises death and the hunt, while seeing conflict as a beautiful dance.
Do not think the Count is without his weaknesses, however. An intense insatiable hunger plagues him on rare occasions, warranted or not. Those who wield magitek weaponry, blessed items, or have competitive connections underground may fair well against him. He has a lack of empathy for foreigners, the uneducated, or anything else that presses on his nerves. Despite this he is not so utterly unapproachable and while his diction is poised, it is explicitly Foul.
